Catinvest announces the launch of EP Mall App, a mobile app based on Artificial Intelligence technology that offers Electroputere Mall customers a digital experience and benefits from retailers in the mall. Through the app, customers have access to all the information about the mall and retailers and a loyalty system that allows them to benefit from discounts at their preferred brands. The EP Mall app is available both in Google Play and App Store and already has over 10,000 active users. Customers who download the app by December 24th, check in at the mall and spend 50 lei can win an all inclusive trip for 4 people to Vienna, with a private jet.

The EP Mall app is a tool for customers to stay up to date with all the news, events and campaigns organized by the mall, to check-in and collect points during their visits at the mall or through purchases from retailers and to receive discounts or vouchers directly on their phone to use on their future purchases. At the same time, the mobile app provides retailers with personalized mechanisms to loyalize their customers with in-app dedicated benefits, specific discounts or limited offers.

Developed by Timetree Tech, the app also includes a virtual coin system that gives Electroputere Mall’s customers in-app coins for certain purchases or events, which can be converted into discounts.

Recently, Catinvest announced a new series of stores to be unveiled in Electroputere Mall, taking the total number of brands to 198 and consolidating the commercial center’s position as the main shopping destination in Oltenia.
