VR Game Wands Alliances Set To Launch On Steam Later This Year

Cortopia Studios alongside Beyond Frames officially released Wands Alliances on virtual reality systems on June 30th, 2022. The game currently supports Quest 2 and provides players with a unique, competitive and tactical experience. The developers recently confirmed that the game will be releasing on Steam in Autumn 2022. There is no confirmed release date just yet. Interested persons can wishlist the game here and will require an HTC Vive, Meta Quest, Oculus Rift or Valve Index to play.

In the game, players will hop into intense 3v3 battles where they must master tactical aspects of the game such as teleportation, spell casting and spell customization. Every decision matters on the battlefield as it can be the difference between victory and defeat. Furthermore, players will start by choosing their class, spell and winning by either completing the objective or defeating their enemy. Additionally, players will fight in Victorian London.

Wands Alliances is a successor to Wands and it has continued to develop upon its predecessor by adding more content, customization options and an improved virtual reality experience. The game is full of action, fun and appears to be a ‘VR Harry Potter’ experience as players navigate the level using spells to win.

Virtual Reality is growing immensely over the past few years and it’s interesting to see more money being spent on it. With the release of more games on all platforms and improved accessibility, it has a bright future!
