A groundbreaking e-sports event, Gamer Girl, took place in Menands Saturday, offering women new opportunities to connect and learn in a collaborative, in-person setting.

This inclusive event brings together local community members, women in the tech industry, leaders in their careers or businesses, and participants ranging from C-suite executives to youth.

“This event is designed to show women and girls that the tech and gaming industries are for them,” said Gina Torres, Consultant at 518 Game Changers.
