Apple updated its list of Made for iPhone (MFi) hearing devices today, with 43 models across 22 brands. Here’s what’s new.

MFi hearing aids list crosses 600 supported devices

In addition to smart home products, headsets, game controllers, and fitness equipment, among others, Apple’s MFi program also includes hearing aids.

This allows users to pair compatible hearing devices with their iPhone, iPad, Mac, or Apple Vision Pro for audio streaming, which can be either unidirectional or bidirectional depending on the devices involved. Bidirectional streaming, Apple explains, allows users to talk hands-free.

Today, Apple updated its official list of supported Made for iPhone hearing devices, bringing the total to 623 models across 104 brands.

Additionally, Apple updated several existing entries, with Bernafon’s Entra A X, Pro Akustik’s Ineo A X, and SoniTon’s Ineo A X now marked as supporting bidirectional streaming.

Finally, Apple also added the MacBook Neo to the system requirements for both unidirectional and bidirectional streaming, with support starting on macOS Tahoe 26.
